TO BE PERSONALLY HAPPY & HEALTHY we need to be PERSONALLY TOUCHED and BLESSED BY JESUS THIS DAY and on a daily basis.
On a regular basis we need to reflect on what happened roughly 2018 years ago in the life of Jesus on Easter Friday and Sunday, i.e. His crucifixion AND especially His resurrection from the grave with a new eternal body, and then six weeks later His ascension into heaven.
When anyone considers the relevant facts as verified by many scholars like Josh McDowell, there can be no doubt that:
1. JESUS is the Super Star and Greatest Freedom Fighter of history and
2. EVERY PERSON on planet earth is the target of His love, forgiveness, blessings and very life.
3. There can be no doubt that God's purpose of sending Jesus to earth was two fold:
a. to set people free from their sinful nature, guilt, stress, broken relationships, poverty, debt, crime, violence, rape, corruption and strife in our families and communities and
b. to restore Heaven On Planet Earth IN & THROUGH those people who voluntarily and willingly return to God and who accept His forgiveness which was dearly bought by the shedding of His Son's blood on the Cross.

Many of us seek happiness and joy in the P's: people, parties, pints (liquor), puffs (smoking), pounds & pennies (money), passion (sex), Porches (cars)., photo shoots (external beauty) etc.
Happiness is more circumstantial and momentarily. Happiness is a feeling we experience when we find ourselves in good circumstances, having a good time in a good place and at a good time.

The LOVE OF POWER from Satan versus the POWER OF LOVE from God.
Not the love of power but the power of love will be the distinguishing mark of the new people of God from across all cultures, classes and organisational barriers who God will use to impact the world for the better and eventually restore Heaven On Planet Earth. (H.O.P.E.) again. The Power of Love is the essential ingredient required to energise and motivate investors, management and workers of character, capacity and comprehension to create wealth and jobs within a just financial and political system so that H.O.P.E. can eventually be achieved.

We are destined to BE FREE and to FLY. We are also destined to be part of the answer to the "Our Father, Who art in heaven" prayer and to be an instrument in His hands to realise His H.O.P.E Dream that "His name be honoured, His kingdom come and His will be done HERE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN"
To realise GOD’S DREAM FOR US TO BE FREE AND TO FLY requires of Him to WEAN us and to STIR our nests!
When we look around us we can see that God is weaning His people in order to SET US FREE and to let us fly free and enjoy God for who He is, not for what He does.

When dealing with OUR ISSUES and PROBLEMS it is important to keep the following in mind:
- It is very helpful but it does not always rectify our issues or problems when we only try to understand the causes and the answers for our ISSUES and PROBLEMS, whatever they may be e.g. our personal psychological, marriage, family, financial, work or community (political and economic).

RESTORATION of OUR STOLEN JOY by Brenda Thomas
One of the first things the enemy will try to steal from us is our joy. He wants to get us sad, sorrowful, and oppressed. Remember what it was like when you first were saved? There was joy unspeakable. God doesn’t want us to lose that joy! Nehemiah 8:10 tells us, “The JOY of the Lord is your strength.” It is important for Christians to have joy in their life! If you don’t have joy, you don’t have any strength.

FORGET and FORGIVE past mistakes to implement solutions for a BETTER FUTURE (relationships & financial).
THEREFORE it is nearly impossible to implement the right solutions for the future by trying to rectify past mistakes by demanding compensation for the wrongs of the past at the same time.

The Secret to be stress free in troubled circumstances.
How is it that Jesus was able to live free from stress paralysis or fear’s paralysing power? It is important to remember that He too lived in this fallen world.
The world into which Jesus came was, a world encompassing even more sickness and suffering, malice and hate, treachery and deceitfulness than we see today. There were many things of which He could have been afraid.

Dr W.E. Sangster once asked a number of people what was the most awful thing they could think of.
Some said it was their own death. A few said it was the permanent loss of their reason. Others said it was a third world war. Sangster agreed that these were awful possibilities but he claimed there was something even worse than them – atheism! Sheer atheism! The belief that behind this universe there is not the loving Father whom Jesus revealed but some blind impersonal force.
